Newly Renovated Personal Apartment in Long Island

Extremely quiet and private full apartment in Westbury, Long Island. Close to hundreds of restaurants and shops. 5 min drive to Roosevelt Field mall (biggest mall in Long Island)! 10-15 minutes from Jericho Terrace and Floral Terrace wedding venues locally! Near 6 hospitals and colleges! We live on property as well and are available for any questions. Feel free to chat as much, or as little, with us. We respect your privacy but are here to help in anyway! **No use of deck unfortunately** Guest access There is a parking in front of the house or most of the street. There is a white marker right in front of the house on the curb. You can park in front of it, that is specifically reserved for you! There will be a separate entrance that can be accessed from the left side of the house, next to the garage. The entrance will be on the back of the house and have a sign saying “Welcome to Our Home” Please enter and you will see the entrance to the apartment. Other things to note Garbage located right in front of entrance. No use of backyard unfortunately The cleaning fee goes right to our professional cleaners. Cleaners are used for every stay and have adhered to all Covid protocols. Due to NY State Short Term Rental Law no more than 4 occupants are allowed in this space. Any additional people will be subject to a $150 fine per person. (We do have cameras outside the property to monitor this). No parties allowed. Any unauthorized parties will be charged a $250 fee, have their stay cancelled and authorities will be called. No loud music after 11pm. This is a family house, and quiet neighborhood - please be respectful. This is a basement apartment*
