Attached Private GuestHouse- Fenced Yard

We are slowly working on creating a more environmentally friendly home, from solar energy to providing shelter and food for pollinators. Come and enjoy our slowly evolving oasis, whether it's bathing in the pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi (small charge for heating), or napping on the hammock. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, Weeki Wachee River, & Pine Island Beach are all within 15-minute drive. Clearwater, Tampa, and Ocala are all within an hour's drive! The space The indoor space features an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room featuring a pocket door for extra privacy when using sofa bed. The living room has a cozy queen-sized sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a waterfall showerhead. The bedroom has a sideyard view of our arbor trellises, with a grapevine, passionflower vine, and a Jasmin vine growing. As for the trees, if I haven't killed them with love, we have the following: an Arkansas black apple tree, fuji and a pink lady apple tree, papaya, pomegranate, half a dozen banana trees, plantain trees, an avocado tree, Juneplum. We moved into the property about 5 years ago, our garden is young therefore not all trees have begun giving fruit. Guest access You will have access to the entire property: pool table, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, and entire yard (back, front, and both sides) except the main house, which is where we live. A half bath is located in the enclosed pool area. The property backs up into a private golf course that you can pay a small fee (at the entrance of the course) to play in or take a quick stroll when no golfers are around. Other things to note If you are looking for an enclosed pool and yard area that provides total privacy, we are sorry, but this is not the rental for you. The guesthouse is private to you, but the outside areas are open and primarily visible from the main house (where we live) and/or the golf course, where you will see players riding by throughout the day. Also, notice the rental name is "Attached Private Guesthouse," we named it this way because it is attached to the main house. In other words, we share a wall.
