There is a Publix market within walking distance. The space Our house offers Smart TVs with Disney+, and Hulu. And since we thought about every little detail for your convenience, you will also find: - 3 Coffee machines with normal coffee, decaf and tea. - Private pool with BBQ area. - Game Room with Nintendo Switch and other games. - First aid kit - Free WiFi! - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, and toster. - Laundry washer & dryer plus pods - Bathroom kits - Security system for security purposes - For infants, we have a baby chair, pack-and-play, and a stroller on site. Guest access You have the whole place for yourself!! Other things to note *No pets allowed. If you have a service animal, please let us know as soon as you book so we can prepare the place accordingly. * No visitors allowed, please contact us for an exception. * No parties allowed. * No smocking inside the property allowed. Including the pool area. * There are cameras on site, at the front door and at the patio. They are for insurance purposes. We do not have cameras inside the property. *The barbecue must be cleaned after each use by the guests. An extra $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the appliance is left dirty.
