The environment is completely natural, our rooms are new (they have hot water), they offer an experience in direct contact with nature. Our property offers access to nature trails, walking along a small river, and watching a sunrise from the top of a mountain are some of the activities you can do on the property. If you love country life, you can take an additional tour where we take you to learn about the process of milking cows that roam freely through the fields and to learn about the process of bee honey. It's an authentic experience of life in the countryside. Guest access Access is only by private vehicle. It can be a light vehicle. Just take into account that it is approximately 1 km of dirt road in a flat part. Any vehicle can enter, but it should not be very low. Please note that travel should be during the day, the place is safe but we prefer our guests to arrive early and see the place. Other things to note 1. Our accommodation is in the "Rural" category. We are located in a village, in Santa Rosa. 2. When you arrive at the place there is no satellite phone signal coverage, so we have installed an internet network amplifier, Network: Las Marias Key: 9 to 1 3. All rooms have air conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi. They work very well if you want to use them, you can do so, they are for your use. 4. The rooms have a private pond-type pool, so you can use it and enjoy the landscape. 5. Our rooms are completely cleaned and disinfected before your arrival, but sometimes a dragonfly or insect enters through the door. Don't be alarmed, they are only in their natural environment. The tour to Los Amates Falls is an additional service to the hotel, you can ask for more information before arriving, to reserve space. 7. Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. 17. The use of a bathing suit is mandatory for children and adults in the pool area. 18. Check-in time is 3:00 P.M./ Check-out is 1:00 P.M. 19. If the room delivery time is exceeded, an extra charge of Q150 per hour will be made. 20. The cost for damage or loss of the cabin key is Q75.00. 21. Smoking inside the rooms is prohibited. 22. Any damage or loss caused by the guest to the property, real estate and fixtures owned by the hotel must be paid in accordance with the value established by the company. 23. The establishment is not responsible for partial or total loss of property, valuables, vehicles or objects forgotten in our establishment. 24. We accept pets. Small and medium breed dogs are allowed. There is a fee of Q150 per night for pets. They are the responsibility and risk of the owner. 25. Failure to comply with any of the points of the hotel's internal regulations will cause termination of the stay and there will be no refunds.
