House Layout: Main Level- 65" OLED Smart TV with Sonos surround sound speaker system (streaming only); Fully-equipped kitchen w/gas range stove, stainless appliances, granite countertops, island, standard coffee maker, Vitamix, InstantPot, and dishwasher; Eat-in nook w/seating for up to 4; Laundry area w/stackable washer & dryer; Bedroom with memory foam queen bed; Full hall bath w/walk-in rain shower; Bedroom w/XL memory foam twin bed, desk station with high-speed WIFI, full set of yoga props, and essential oil diffuser for aromatherapy. Outdoors- Small, private backyard and deck with bistro seating for 2. Please note: This home is NOT pet friendly. The driveway allows parking for up to 3 cars (depending on car size) along with ample off-street parking. While the home does NOT have central AC, it does have a mini-split air conditioning unit. This home rents monthly, and included with the monthly rent is a monthly allowance of $150 for power, gas, and water. Any overage will be reimbursed by the renter. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can!
