The space This bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably and is great for families with children, small groups, and couples. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with an additional common toilet in the living room. Enjoy amenities like a modern kitchen and large fridge, dining table, Smart TV, 2 air-cond units in the living room. There is also a 24-hour coin-operated laundromat around the corner of the building for guests' convenience. Guest access With the access card, guests can visit the Recreation Floor - swimming pool, gym, sauna, and playground. Bedding Configuration: * Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed + attached bathroom (bathtub & shower) * Bedroom Two: 1 Queen Bed + attached bathroom (shower) Our apartment accommodates 4 people with existing bedding & the maximum number of guests allowed is 5 people. Please key in the correct number of guests upon booking. We reserve the right to remove people not under the booking registration or apply an additional charge of RM40 per person per night. 2. Check-in and Check-out: * Check-in instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation. * We will require a copy of your Identity Card or Passport for registration purposes. * Self check-in is available or your host may meet you at the lobby for check-in (3 pm to 9 pm). Please let us know in advance your estimated check-in time. Early check-in is subject to availability. * A security deposit of RM300 will be collected during check-in. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours after checkout, subject to an inspection of the unit and return of all access cards/keys. * Checkout time is 11 am. Late check-out at 12 noon is subject to availability. Late check-out after 12 pm is chargeable at RM50/hour. * Penalty will be imposed for loss of key cards/access cards (RM200 per card) and keys (RM50 per key). * We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after check out. 3. Parking Each suite comes with one dedicated parking lot. Additional cars may enter and park in the visitor car park which is subject to parking charges. 4. Amenities * Toiletries: One set of towels per guest, body soap, and shampoo. Housekeeping * We do not provide daily housekeeping. For longer stays, cleaning services can be arranged at a fee. * Any major stains or damage to towels, carpet, rugs, sofa, chairs, paintings, equipment e.g. hairdryer, will be charged to the guest. 6. House Rules * Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit. * Durian is strictly prohibited in the unit. * No events or parties are allowed in the unit. * Kitchen is equipped for light cooking only. * No pets allowed. * Kindly keep noise level down after 10 pm. * Please dispose of trash properly. Trash is not allowed to be placed anywhere outside the unit. Any violation of the above will result in forfeiture of deposit or penalties. Available
