The space We invite you to take advantage of our apartment when we are not there! Accessible by stairs and located on the first floor, our pretty studio with separate sleeping area is bathed in light, with an unobstructed view of the garden, and in absolute calm - the building is on the courtyard. Our apartment is on wooden floor, warm and well insulated, it stays cool in summer and cozy in winter. Full dining area, lounge area, small functional and well-equipped kitchen (we love to cook!), bathroom with shower. We are equipped with a cabin bedroom with a double bed (140), and two individual sofa beds (80) in the living area, to adjust your stay as well as possible and optimize the living space. We have equipped the apartment with an office area, so that you can also work from home if you wish. Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. If you are traveling as a family with a toddler, we provide a travel cot for you. Please note that we have chosen to live without a television. You will find the building ultra quiet, while being in the immediate vicinity of the shops: you will be 5 minutes walk from the Montparnasse train station, 5 minutes walk from the rue Daguerre (food shops, small shops, restaurants), as well as in the immediate vicinity of a metro, which will allow you to easily navigate the capital on foot or by public transport.
