The space In the heart of Goodyear, AZ, we offer a great vacation spot. We are close to various hotspots, such as spring training fields, the I-10 freeway, and the AZ Cardinals stadium, just minutes away. We offer a pool (non-heated), a foosball table, and much more. Come stay with us and enjoy the AZ sun. PARKING: Although the parking space can accommodate up to 6 cars, we allow a maximum of 3 cars on the property to avoid large gatherings. Also NO STREET parking from 11pm to 4am. HOA will fine individuals if this rule is not obeyed. Guest access The entire property is for guest use. Other things to note Important Booking Requirements A Rental/Lease Agreement will be provided prior to check-in. Guests are required to carefully read, acknowledge, and sign the agreement confirming that they fully understand and agree to all terms and conditions stated therein. To help maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, neighbors, and properties, all reservations are subject to identity verification and fraud prevention screening prior to check-in. Please note: No third-party bookings are permitted. The primary guest who books the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Certain reservations may require either: a non-refundable Damage Waiver/Application Fee ranging from $25–$50 depending on the property, or a refundable Security Deposit of $250. Reservations that are unable to complete the verification process may be cancelled in accordance with platform policies. You may receive a Stripe or Hostaway payment link to complete the required verification or payment process. For Airbnb reservations, guests who are uncomfortable using Stripe or Hostaway payment links may complete payment through the Airbnb Resolution Center when applicable. By booking with AZG Day N Nite Stays, you acknowledge and agree to these requirements as part of your reservation. - In compliance with City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, it is prohibited to have any large gatherings or parties. Any unauthorized or unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the stay, and a complete ban from the booking channel where the reservation was made. Please refer to the house rules for more information. - Prebooking questions are required to be answered to complete reservation even if it is instant booked. - Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. - Max occupancy at all times is 10 people. - ID from booking party is required if user has negative review, new to Airbnb and/or is local. Please note that there are trees in the backyard that provide much-needed shade during the warmer seasons. As a result, it is natural for some leaves and debris to occasionally fall into the pool and in the surrounding area. While our pool technician regularly services and maintains the pool, this is a natural outdoor occurrence that is beyond our control. In the event that you notice leaves or debris in the pool upon check-in or during your stay, please understand that this does not reflect a lack of cleanliness, but rather a common situation with outdoor pools near trees. As such, the host cannot be held accountable for refunds or compensation related to this. We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment, and for your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer and leaf blower onsite should you wish to clear any debris in between scheduled cleanings.
