We are close to various hotspots, such as spring training fields, the I-10 freeway, and the AZ Cardinals stadium, just minutes away. We offer a pool (non-heated), a foosball table, and much more. Come stay with us and enjoy the AZ sun. PARKING: Although the parking space can accommodate up to 6 cars, we allow a maximum of 3 cars on the property to avoid large gatherings. Also NO STREET parking from 11pm to 4am. HOA will fine individuals if this rule is not obeyed. Guest access The entire property is for guest use. Before your stay, kindly complete a quick verification and choose one of these options: 1. Damage Waiver (non-refundable): $25 + transaction fee 2. Security Deposit (refundable): $200 + transaction fee (takes 5–10 business days to process). We recommend the damage waiver for worry-free protection. - In compliance with City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, it is prohibited to have any large gatherings or parties. Any unauthorized or unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the stay, and a complete ban from the booking channel where the reservation was made. Please refer to the house rules for more information. - Prebooking questions are required to be answered to complete reservation even if it is instant booked. - Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. - Max occupancy at all times is 10 people. - ID from booking party is required if user has negative review, new to Airbnb and/or is local. Please note that there are trees in the backyard that provide much-needed shade during the warmer seasons. As a result, it is natural for some leaves and debris to occasionally fall into the pool and in the surrounding area. While our pool technician regularly services and maintains the pool, this is a natural outdoor occurrence that is beyond our control. In the event that you notice leaves or debris in the pool upon check-in or during your stay, please understand that this does not reflect a lack of cleanliness, but rather a common situation with outdoor pools near trees. As such, the host cannot be held accountable for refunds or compensation related to this. We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment, and for your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer and leaf blower onsite should you wish to clear any debris in between scheduled cleanings.
