This one bedroom apartment is just meters away from the Paseo Maritimo, beach and sea! The Ideally located Puerto Marina, just a short stroll away, provide easy access to a large variety of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and nightlife! The apartment itself has been recently refreshed and redecorated. It is fully equipped and has a south west facing terrace providing spectacular sea views and afternoon sun. The space The master bedroom is self contained and there is a sofa bed also in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are both off of the hall. Guests can also count on a 24h reception. Other things to note If you wish to use the sofa bed, please make sure to let us know in advance as we are unable to provide additional bedding once you have been checked in. We will need to charge you an additional 20e in advance to cover additional laundry expenses prior to your arrival. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
