Conveniently located next to the Placitas trail system, with private neighborhood access. Hiking, wildlife viewing and mountain biking just steps away. Early checkin and late checkout may be available for a fee. We can accommodate up to 4 guests. After 2 guests each additional will be $20.00 pp The space 800 sqft. 1 bed, 1 bath casita. Queen sized bed, pull out couch with a full size mattress. Smart TV, Wifi 6. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and hot plate. Back patio with amazing views. Large couch, 1 maybe 2 people could sleep on. We just can't count it as a bed. Guest access The casita and the outside grounds are for your enjoyment. Other things to note We are in the undeveloped wild, wildlife viewing is an everyday opportunity. The wild horses sometimes come to visit, we also have coyotes and rattlesnakes around. I haven't seen any on the grounds but they have the potential to be there. If you have more than 2 guests please let us know, this way we can make up the full size mattress.
