As you enter the home through its beautiful grand door, you will have the living room to your right and a bedroom to your left. To the left of the front door is the master bedroom. Here you will find a smart 40" TV, a dresser and with room darkening curtains so you can sleep late in the king size bed. There is a cozy half bathroom. In the living room, there is a spectacular L-shaped peacock green sleeper sofa. For your entertainment you can stream ( with your own login) on the 55' Smart TV, read a book , or listen to music on the Magnavox record player. As you exit the living room you will find yourself in the expansive dining room, with a decorative fireplace. The rustic dining table with bench and chairs will accommodate everyone in your group. Enjoy the open floor plan kitchen with beautiful white marble countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need from an air fryer to rice cooker and blender, to create a home cooked meal . Adjacent to the kitchen is a relaxing multi purpose room which floods with natural light. You can relax and meditate or exercise with the free-weights and yoga mats that are available. You may also choose to get some work done, in our dedicated work space. From the desk, you have a view of the backyard with a massive oak tree which is often visited by an array of birds. The second bedroom that is on the first floor, has a king bed. There is a dresser with a 40” smart TV . As you exit the room, there is a full size bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor you have a full bathroom, with walk-in shower and two additional bedrooms. The third bedroom in the home has a decorative fireplace and a queen bed. There is also a dedicated workspace and a cozy velvet chair for some lounging. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with trundle. There is a dresser and a bench for storage. In the backyard you will find a Florida native garden with plenty of shade under the majestic oak tree. There is a tree swing by the up-cycled water feature and seating close to the propane fire pit. You can also relax in the hot tub with a view of all the already mentioned. The cabana has the outdoor kitchen with propane BBQ and electric 2 burner hot plate. Lastly there is an outdoor dining table situated close to the outdoor kitchen for you to enjoy the BBQ. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. We will provide a code to enter the house on the day of your reservation. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and there is also street parking available.
