Warwilla Cliff Home Built in the early 1970’s Fully renovated and ready to welcome you. We are Situated a short 15 Minute drive(17kms) from Renmark and 8 minutes from Paringa (12.5 kms). This property is ideal for a short getaway or a long stay with friends and family. at this peaceful property. Listen to the relaxing sound of nature while enjoying the amazing river views. *STRICTLY NO PETS \ ANIMALS* **PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE RIVER ACCESS** Other things to note The automatic water system will be watering the lawns in the early hours of the morning during the week. The irrigation system is shallow throughout the lawns, can I please ask that you don’t drive & park cars on the lawn area. When booking you must only accommodate the total amount of guest being booked (MAX 8) charges for extra guests will be charged to your credit card without further notice. Please note, non-booked/unused rooms during your stay will be locked. strictly no parties or functions on the premises, if you fail to comply with these rules, you will be immediately vacated from the property. **CLIFF/BALCONY HAZARD/RIVER** Stay Well away from the steep cliffs. There is no fencing at the edge of the cliffs. There is a high balcony on the second level of house on the property. Please Observe the signs on and around the property. Even though there are safety Ropes people must take due care and be aware of the height of the balcony. Please be mindful or the whereabouts of any children on or around the property. Children are welcome at the property but must be under constant supervision of the Parents/Guardian. Although there is river access from the property anyone using the river does so at their own risk. Always wear a suitable personal flotation device around the river. Please obey the rules and regulations that apply to inland waters and rivers including the River Murray prescribed watercourse.
