Other Things to Note: - Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. - Luggage storage service is offered before check-in and/or after check-out at no extra charge. - Only one key is provided during your stay - The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 people. - The building has easily accessible stairs to reach the apartment. - Only guests are allowed to enter the building and/or apartment. Visitors are not allowed in. - Minor guests can only enter in the company of their father and/or mother, and must always have adult supervision. - The apartment is not shared with other people who are not part of the reservation. - Guests have private access to all areas within the apartment during the reservation. - The kettle, rice cooker, wine glasses, blender and iron with ironing board are not inside the apartment. They are provided only at the request of guests at no extra charge. - Use of the gas oven is offered for an additional price of 10 soles. - Pets are not allowed into the apartment. - No parties or social gatherings are allowed within the apartment. - Excessive noise or noise is not allowed between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. - Vaping and/or smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars and/or any type of non-prescribed drug is not allowed inside the apartment and/or building. - The use of narcotics, psychotropic, psychedelics, narcotics and/or any type of non-prescription drug within the apartment and/or building is not allowed. Moderate and responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted only to adults. - Posting content on social media that exposes the security of the apartment, building, residents, and/or neighbors is not allowed. - The capture or recording of images, within the apartment and/or building that generate monetary income, is not allowed. - The entry of delivery people into the building is not allowed. Guests must receive delivery orders at the door of the building. - Forgotten belongings found inside the apartment after the stay will be reported to the guests and stored until they are retrieved. - All monetary expenses due to arrangements and/or replenishment due to losses and/or damages of items, furniture and/or infrastructure of the apartment and/or building, which are generated during the stay, must be assumed by the guest responsible for the reservation.
