Waterfront in N. Tonawanda, walkable to food & fun

Waterfront! This home on the historic Erie Canal is close to everything! Walking distance to 4- and 5-star restaurants, kayaking, paddleboarding, live music, walking and bicycle paths, the Niagara River, and downtown North Tonawanda and Tonawanda. We're a 20-minute drive either way to Niagara Falls or Buffalo where you can enjoy endless entertainment at festivals, museums, restaurants and Niagara Falls itself. We're a 45-minute drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake and a 2-hour drive to Toronto, Canada. The space Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second floor, requiring guests to climb stairs that some would consider steep. There IS a handrail which guests are encouraged to use, along with step treads. The stairway is lit and the light can be turned on/off at both the bottom and top of the stairs. There is a half bath located on the main floor of the home. Guest access The whole home is available with the exception of the basement and garage, which are not available to guests at this time.
