Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on beautiful Lake Malone. Relax in a hammock, swim off the dock , kayak , stand up paddle board, fish, or enjoy a beautiful sunrise while drinking your specialty coffee or tea! With the bean theme: There are oversized bean bags to relax on and a coffee station with LOTS of coffee options ( including Esspresso maker)! Outside you will have a solo fire pit ( wood not included - so grab a bundle on the way in ) and a gas grill . The space Downstairs open living area with 2 full-size sofas, dining area and small kitchen. Full size bath. Walk out to partially covered patio w bbq grill , gas fire pit , wood solo pit ( bring your own wood) bar table ( great for eating or playing cards ) and 2 hammock chairs. Second level : 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The Master has its own small full bath and access to the wrap around deck. Small media nook with huge beanbag chair for snuggling up to watch a movie . Walk out and enjoy the view from the deck or lay in full size hammock. Up a few stairs is the laundry room and second full bath. Third level is “the hobbit bedroom “ w 2 twin beds and two huge bean bag chairs. This room only has 6’ 3” ceilings , so watch your head if you are tall. This also hosts a work station equipt with a plug and play printer, a monitor and keyboard and mouse. There is a solo wood stove outside for fire pit. Pick up wood if you would like to use. Please only burn wood in the solo stove. No Guest access Guest has access to entire house with exception of the garage. Outdoor onsite parking is available for 2 cars. If you need more , let us know and we can accommodate. The motorized boat is NOT part of the rental. The kayak and the stand up paddle board are welcome for use but at your own risk. Other things to note Third bedroom has low ceilings. (6’3” ). Great for our shorter guests but taller guests will need to watch their head . There is often a small ski boat tied to dock but it is not part of rental and we ask guest to not get on the boat for safety considerations. You are welcome to bring your own boat and put it in at Shady Cliff Marina or the state park marina - but we need to know so we can prep the dock for its tie up. The unique home is a 3 level home with lots of stairs and a few low ceilings. Please use caution.
