Villa Capricho - Room 1

Villa Capricho is a brand new Casa Particular, inaugurated in April 2017. Located in Playa Larga, close to the town center and the beach, it is owned and managed by Alain, his wife Yoanna and Alain Manuel, their 7-year-old son. The family is originally from Guïnes, a country town about 1 hour from Havana, which very few tourists get to visit. Alain knows well Cuba and its history and is an authorized taxi driver, who can arrange tours in the area and beyond. The space The house is located in walking distance to the Diving Center and the town center. Renovated fully in 2017, the house offers two bedrooms for rent, an onsite restaurant with bar and grill and a sun terrace. Bedrooms are located on the first floor, and are both well shaded, as are the restaurant and bar. This listing refers to our Room 1, which is equipped with two twin beds (90x190 cm) and offers a bathroom, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a fan. Towels are provided. Our other room, called "Room 2", offers two double beds of size 140x190 cm, and is listed in our separate listing. The kitchen is run by Yoanna, who makes delicious Cuban food. Guests or visitors can enjoy breakfast (3 to 5 CUC), lunch or dinner (At 10 - 15 CUC each) on the premises, alongside juices, coffee, drinks and cocktails, which are served throughout the day. Guests can avail of laundry services if needed. Laundry will be charged at 5 CUC. For interested guests, Yoanna can offer nail-polishing services. Guest access Guests will have access to their bedroom and all of the common areas, including the sun terrace, the restaurant and bar area. During your stay Our family lives on the premises, and we will be available for questions and assistance with different services during your stay. Services which we can assist with include arranging transport services, day-tours or longer itineraries, laundry services, contact with other casas elsewhere in Cuba, and more.
