Ideal for couples, families or friends who want to travel together to discover Cefalù, the Sicilian sea and the riches of the Madonie, while having the comfort of an apartment with its own kitchen. It has two terraces: one on the pool front with a sea view, the other terrace on the internal front with a view of the garden. The space The apartment of about 36 square meters consists of a kitchen-living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a hallway from which you can access the bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. It also has two terraces, a large one on the sea side where you can have lunch/dinner with a view of the pool and sea and enjoy spectacular sunsets, and a more private one on the mountain side where you can enjoy some relaxation and tranquility with a view of the greenery. The indoor terrace is the ideal place to organize a more intimate dinner even with family or friends. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and all the interior and exterior furnishings necessary to spend a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Located in a residential building that is 1.5 km from the town, near a supermarket and the nearby Santa Lucia hotel, an exclusive landmark that offers various services (bar, pastry shop with all the typical Sicilian products, self-service restaurant, piano bar with an exclusive view of Cefalù) and where the public descent is located to easily reach the beach of the Cefalù promenade. The Residence has a swimming pool, right in front of the main body of the building, central to all the apartments. Access to the swimming pool is allowed to guests of the Residence, in compliance with the rules and shared with other guests of the property. The deckchairs and sun loungers, even if placed by the pool, are identified and for the exclusive use of each individual apartment. The swimming pool is open and usable from May 1st to October 31st. The pool can be a valid alternative to the sea to find refreshment during a day dedicated to sunbathing in Sicily. Access is free and shared exclusively with other guests of the property. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including independent air conditioning and free Wi-Fi Internet connection. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the property. Other things to note A tourist tax, established by the Municipality of Cefalù, must be paid in the amount of €2.00 per person for each night of stay.
