Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, perfect to unwind, slow down and soak up all the gems the northern beaches has to offer. Beach towels, shade and snorkel gear can be provided on request. The space Bamboo view is a 1st-floor apartment with a leafy outlook. The large lounge and dining area has a three-seater sofa, a comfy armchair with a footrest, and a dining table with four chairs. The TV is a 52inch smart TV with access to all the streaming services. The Kitchen is a great size and comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Large electric cooker, large fridge freezer, non-toxic stainless steel and cast iron pans, and a water filtration system. The balcony has a small glass table and chairs, perfect for having a glass of wine, and enjoying the sunset. The Bedroom has a queen bed with a firm sleeping duck mattress and double fitted wardrobe. The Bathroom has both a shower and bath, supplied by an 80L electrical boiler. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom for keeping you cool on those hot days and a portable oil heater is provided during winter months. There's also a cupboard for luggage and shoe storage at the front door. Guest access You'll have private access to the entire apartment. There's also a roof terrace at the top of block A. Other things to note For those new to Airbnb, please note this is our home. In preparation for your stay we clean, clear and tidy the space for your use and enjoyment, moving most of our possessions out of the way. However you may find some items still in the apartment. In terms of access there are two options. 1. a walkway with a couple of small flights of stairs down to get to the apartment, 2. down the driveway, one flight down and one flight up. As the apartment has a wooden floor we ask that no high heels or any footwear that may dent or damage the floor are worn inside.
