Enjoy San Diego from this bright & peaceful custom studio and private patio in a quiet neighborhood near Brengle Terrace Park in Vista. 10-15 miles to world-class beaches 2 mile walk to downtown Vista Central access to I-5 (Pendleton, Oceanside, Carlsbad) and I-15 (San Marcos, Escondido) The studio is completely private and self-contained with no shared spaces; however, it is attached to our home by a shared wall. Copy of Legal ID and a signed lease agreement required at checkin. The space The Moonlight Suite and patio is a bright, modern space with a clean, European design and is rented furnished, with linens: Bedroom: queen sized firm memory foam mattress, and blackout curtains. Under-bed storage, large drawers, and open wardrobes. Bathroom: walk-in shower, custom tile, hair dryer, and open shelving. Kitchen: drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, 2 burner electric cooktop, electric Instant Pot, toaster oven, microwave, apartment fridge, place settings, cookware, cooking & grilling utensils. Seating/ Workspace: 2-person couch, bar height table and stools. Linens: 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets and bath towel set. Kitchen cloths. Weekly linen changes included. Starter pack of basics (toilet paper roll, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) provided. Technology: High Speed WiFi, TV with Amazon Firestick. Heating/Cooling: MiniSplit with heat and A/C functions. Overhead fan. Patio: Table with 4 chairs, propane grill. Parking: Lots of street parking in our safe and quiet neighborhood. Note: Our property is VERY CLOSE to Brengle Terrace Park and the Moonlight Amphitheater. There are community events year round, but it is quiet by 10pm. Search for Moonlight Amphitheater or Brengle Terrace Park (City of Vista) to learn about activities or musical events during your stay. Guest access There is ample free parking on the street in front of the house. Access the space by walking up the driveway. The entrance to the Moonlight Suite and patio is on the left as you face the house. Solar lights are installed for night access. The entrance to the studio is through a sliding glass door, accessed from the pato. The key is in a lock box on the fence, contactless check-in. Other things to note - Steps from Brengle Terrace Park, Moonlight Amphitheater, and Alta Vista Botanical Gardens - We have lawn dice, frisbees for frisbee golf, and a bocce ball set for use at the park. Let us know if you want to borrow the toys. * Note: Proximity to the park and theater means that you may hear music from the theater or cheering from sports activities when you are out of doors. Double paned glass and ensure the studio is quiet when you're indoors. - Laundry services are not offered on site, but there are laundromats within 1-2 mils that offer coin operated machines and fluff & fold services.
