Other things to note Cottage is heated and air conditioned with heated floors in basement master bedroom and bathroom. Dining table accommodates up to 10 seats, great for big family dinners. Washer and dryer available Fire wood available for additional cost. The cottage runs on Artesian Well. Water can be used for drinking and rinsing. Non-motorized water toys included. 2 paddle boards.
