The space The space features three large bedrooms (master with king size bed and bathroom en-suite, other rooms feature queen size beds). The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have large ceiling fans in the vaulted ceilings. The space has a large living and dining room. The kitchen is furnished with all the standard appliances. The space has a front and back patio area. Guest access Free off-street parking, fenced property, exterior security cameras on property. Other things to note Local host is available for questions or concerns. No smoking in the in house . No party or any type of events. The upper level may not be ideal for occupants with small children, patios are high. Guest are not allowed to exceed the total occupancy without prior permission of the property owner. Each guest over the maximum occupancy (6) will be charged 25.00 US dollars per day.
