There is only one nornal size bed in the flat, so not suitable for friends or children. No parties, social gatherings, smoking etc. is allowed. Please tell me a bit about you when sending a request. Sunny, cosy and stylish maisonette with two balconies. Cool young neighbourhood and a lot of sun. Close to the main train station. The space The flat has a huge cooking-eating-living room open area in the first floor and a bedroom with a working and dressing area in the second floor. Also, a separated bathroom with a bathtub. A terrace and a small balcony to the street. The size is 65 qm, so it is absolutely enough for a single person working from home. As I normally live here the flat is full equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, pan, pots, etc.). You can use everything what’s here, but of course be careful with my stuff.
