The space Both bedrooms have quality, queen-sized beds, ample ports for electronics, and generous closet space. Suitcase rack. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms. For your well-being and comfort, a space heater is available for you. The spacious rec room has a full-sized, professional-quality pool table and a large-screen TV with an upgraded sound system. The KITCHENETTE has a granite countertop, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. No cooking stove, please notice it is listed as a kitchenette. There are large windows with wooden shades. The bathroom is equipped with a shower hose and bidet, granite countertops, and a tiled floor. Patio sitting with chairs and table, perfect to enjoy your morning coffee/tea with mountain views. Guest access The guest entrance is on the left side of the garage, through the patio door on the back. Guests will have access to the whole private suite, except for the doors that are locked: furnace room, storage closets, and French doors that access the upstairs where the hosts live. The patio has a large outdoor table and 4 chairs. Our guests have one parking spot on the left side of the driveway. There is free parking on the street. Other things to note 4 guests maximum. Absolutely no events or parties. We live upstairs. The kitchenette: it has a coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, eating utensils, and bar sink. It is not allowed to cook to bring cooking devices of any kind. Hosts are available for your convenience, but your privacy is the main priority. The owners live in the upstairs portion of the home, but both living spaces are completely independent. If anything needs to be replaced, any malfunction, or any other situation that would arise, the hosts would assist as soon as possible. Hosts would be happy to provide tips about the area (Trails, restaurants, grocery shopping, entertainment close by, etc.).
