Cigar room 9. NEW HotTub 🔥 Please Note: -The property is nestled in what is considered a remote area. Wifi is not the greatest. The space What makes the Clubhouse unique is it's location. With a metra station within walking distance, commuting to downtown Chicago is a breeze. We are also a few blocks from an amazing golf course a University a 7 minute drive from an array of shopping and activities. Lastly our remote home has no neighboors and sits on over an acre of land. Things to keep in mind. 1. Our home is considered remoteand therefore we don't have access to Xfinity. Therefore there might be buffering that occurs from time to time. 2. You are surrounded by the woods and open land therefore, don't be surprised is you see a deer or some amazing birds perched outside. 3. Lastly, we ensure that property is treated for those wondering insects however, a carpenter ant sometimes thinks they are approved to grace the floor. You are welcome to flush them out. Guest access Guest have to the entire home. To include the yard. Guest do not have access to the garage or locked storage closets. Other things to note Zero Tolerance, No Party's : $1000 fee, eviction, and no refund if it is determined that a party was/is held during your reservation. No Smoking or smell of smoke of Any Kind inside the home: $500 fee EXCEPT in the Cigar Room. Make sure to turn on vents and keep the door closed.. Occupancy : 6 over night guests only, unless previously approved (Additional fees apply). No more than 6 (max) guests allowed inside the home at any given time due to City Rules and Regulations. (Unless previously approved prior to booking) Eviction, no refund if over occupancy occurs. December through May 15 quiet time is 10 pm 9am NO MORE THEN 10 Cars in the driveway. Extremely strict community ! No Pets $750 fee if violated $500 refundable deposit for small gatherings over 10 with a pre-approval $500 security fee for gatherings over 15 people with a pre-approval $500 late check out fee.
