The space ✧ Enjoy an 8x4 meter outdoor swimming pool (4 ft deep) equipped with a jacuzzi and pool lights that create a magical nighttime ambiance. ✧ Relax in a beautifully decorated, air-conditioned bedroom featuring two double beds and up to four floor mattresses (depending on guest count). The room includes a private bathroom and a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access. ✧ Unwind in an aesthetically designed, magazine-worthy air-conditioned living room, complete with two kitchen areas (formal kitchen and dirty kitchen), a TV, wireless Bluetooth speakers, and a karaoke microphone for added fun. ✧ Convenient outdoor amenities include an outdoor shower and restroom. ✧ Strict capacity limit: up to 12 guests only, including infants. ✧ Check-in at 3 PM | Check-out at 11 AM. Extensions are available for an additional fee. ✧ Self check-in is provided for your convenience. Guest access Amenities: ✧ Basic Toiletries: Includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and sanitizers. ✧ Hot & Cold Shower: Available in both indoor and outdoor comfort rooms. ✧ Purified Drinking Water: 1 round gallon provided. ✧ Pool: Color-changing pool lights and jacuzzi available at night. ✧ Free Wifi: Unlimited access throughout the property. ✧ Entertainment: TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. ✧ Audio Equipment: Wireless Bluetooth speakers ✧ Kitchen Facilities: Refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, hot and cold water dispenser, and coffee maker. ✧ Utensils: A FEW basic kitchen utensils are provided, including spoons, forks, plates, mugs, glasses, a knife, cutting board, can opener, tongs, ice bucket, water pitchers, serving spoon, spatula, kitchen scissors, and a 4-piece tea set. Cube ice is also available in the fridge. While these essentials are provided, we still encourage guests to bring their own disposable items for convenience. ✧ Parking: Guests are allotted 2 parking slots — 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Strictly no additional parking is available, as there is no free parking space within the village. Please note that only these 2 slots are designated for your stay. ✧ Outdoor Seating: Chairs and tables available for outdoor use. Other things to note READ BEFORE BOOKING: To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, quiet hours are STRICTLY ENFORCED from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. We do send reminders and call out guests when noise becomes excessive, as sound can easily carry throughout the property. Our villa is ideal for RELAXED celebrations and staycations. Excessive partying or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Cooking is not allowed indoors, except for the use of the microwave, rice cooker, and water dispenser. The villa is surrounded by heavy curtains, which are difficult to maintain. However, cooking is permitted OUTDOORS. Guests may bring their own kitchenware, or you may opt to order food via delivery apps, as the villa is accessible to most food delivery services. STRICTLY no day guests or extra guests. This is to ensure the privacy, safety, and peace of all guests staying in the property, as well as consideration for our neighbors. Unregistered guests and sneaking in additional guests are strictly not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
