Please use caution when driving during wet or snowy conditions. -Other homes are being built in our neighborhood. There may be construction taking place during work hours. -Currently the roads around the house are fine crushed gravel with plans on paving them at the end of summer. -The primary renter must be 25 or older. -No large gatherings, parties or events are allowed on the premises. -Only registered guests may enter the home. -Please be mindful of noise and traffic, respect quiet hours. -No smoking, no marijuana, no other substance use allowed on or around the property. -No pets allowed. $500 pet fee if pets are brought on site. -Streaming services available - No cable
