The space Each of the three bedrooms with luxurious king size bed and TV and ample closet space; in addition to a queen size sofa in the living space area. Guest access The space is a total of 1800 sq.ft., that is all usable. Other things to note THE BRAND “NEW” FIVE STAR JW MARRIOTT… IS NOW OPEN. As condo owners of the adjacent property, our guests have exclusive rights to the new JW Marriott Hotel, including the spa, cafe, gym, bars and restaurants, and all the other amenities, all within walking distance from our condo. The condo development has built a brand-new pool, exclusive for condo guest. The condo unit sleeps 8 guests, but the recommended number is 6-8. The unit is fully cleaned twice per week, but can be cleaned more frequently for a modest up-charge. There is concierge service for any extra needs as part of Dawn Beach Club. The units have fully equipped kitchens, dining area that seats six comfortably, and a counter with four barstools and each unit has two FULL SIZE BATHROOMS. Each UNIT has THREE bedrooms with king-sized beds and a flat screen HD-TV; the living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa and a flat screen HD-TV. The unit has two full size bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large walk-in shower, double sinks and a seated large ‘make-up” area with desk. In addition, it has large walk-in closet area with 14-feet of hanging closet space, and a lounge area/desk for reading or computer work/use. There is also a security safe located in the master bedroom for storing valuables. There is onsite security staff patrolling the property 24/7, which includes monitoring every vehicle clearance through the main gate entrance of the complex. Security guards also walk and monitor the property and its guests 24 hours per day. The full-service staff is trained to completely accommodate all guests, ask for what is needed, condo maintenance issues-changing light bulbs, setting up PlayStations to towel/linen service needs, etc. The staff at Dawn Beach Club is attentiveness and responsiveness is unparalleled. The level of activity depends on you-from exercise at the on-site gym, swimming in the massive infinity pool local hiking or zip lining, swim-up bar, world renowned beaches, resort activities and more- or just simply kicking back, relaxing, lying on the beautiful beach, chilling by the pool or catching up on your reading, or just doing nothing at all.
