Cosy double room near the sea!

My bright and spacious home is on the top (2nd) floor of a beautiful , detached period villa in central St Leonards. The bedroom to rent is at the front of the house overlooking Pevensey Road and with the sea in the distance. St Lens Warrior Sq train station is just 5 mins away - as are lots of lovely bars, restaurants, shops and galleries within Central St Leonards, including the buzzy Kings Road and Norman Road. The space The room is freshly decorated and the double bed is very comfy. There is a wardrobe with hangers, chair and small bedside table. Please note I do not have locks on the internal doors, but your rooms will be completely private for your access only during your stay. Guest access Guests will have shared access to the bathroom and kitchen During your stay I will usually be at home during your stay, but if you need anything please ask or text if I'm not around Other things to note Please note its a top floor flat with no lift (2.5 flights of stairs). Shoes are not worn in the house
