Welcome to “Little Geronimo”, a large ensuite bedroom (approx 14x18) with its own separate entrance. This spot is perfect for anyone that plans to spend their days visiting friends and family, enjoying fabulous Del Mar restaurants, and exploring our beautiful coastline, but wants to return to their own private, well-appointed space to unwind at the end of the day. You will find blissful, quiet solitude here. Please note: no shared house spaces, no kitchen access... The space This large bedroom guest suite has a VERY comfortable queen-size memory foam pull out sofa bed (see photo: 4.5” memory foam mattress, with a 2” foam topper for added comfort and a 2” synthetic down topper for added COZY!). Attached bathroom offers you a spacious shower and all the amenities you would expect in a hotel (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer). Two large leather chairs in the main room welcome you to relax, read, or watch something on the 64" swiveling smart tv, making it easy to watch from anywhere in the room. Additionally, a huge oak desk provides you a comfortable workspace if needed. There is ample closet space for your things, a Keurig coffee maker (coffee included) for your morning coffee, and a mini fridge with a selection of beverages for you. Two chairs outside your door welcome you to enjoy some morning sun or evening sunset. The guest suite is on the ground floor of our 4100 sq ft modern home. All other bedrooms in the home are upstairs. You will have privacy here, as we are not home much, and with your own dedicated entrance, it is quite possible that our paths will never cross during your stay. The home is in a fabulous residential neighborhood, just blocks from the ocean. We have wonderful neighbors….they help keep a watchful eye and can be available should you have any on-site emergencies and not be able to reach us. Please note that this room does not include access to any kitchen facilities. Guest access Private entrance access to your en-suite guest room space only; no access to kitchen or main house. Room does have a mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker (coffee and creamers provided) for your use. During your stay I will try to check in with you by phone or text when you arrive to ensure that all is well. I will be available as well by phone during your stay.
