Quiet, spacious and elegant house with river access, close to all shops on foot. View of the Roby Bridge, a medieval bridge dating from the 16th century. It's not a vacation rental, it's really my home, warm and lively, there is a very nice and independent cat. Creuse stone house, very cool in the event of a heat wave. And the quiet river is very nice for swimming, taking a boat ride or dining near the water. The space 2 bedrooms with double bed. 1 comfortable double bed in the living room overlooking the terrace and the river. 1 kitchen with fireplace. Other things to note Be careful, there is a cat living in the house! If you are allergic, this may be a problem.
