Comfortable double room in luxury townhouse, situated in the heart of Newport, with all the town’s amenities right on your doorstep: shops, restaurants, cinema and the central bus station, with direct routes to all parts of the Island. 1 mile from St Mary’s hospital. This room offers a 4' double bed, plenty of hanging space, workspace & TV. 2 luxury bathrooms and a large, fully equipped kitchen-diner are shared with three other guest rooms. The space We offer a warm, comfortable space, centrally located, and designed with visiting professionals in mind, to offer a home-from-home and a real alternative to the restrictions of hotel living. Guests have their own front door key and room key, to come and go as you please. We hope you will enjoy the little touches - dimmable lights, USB sockets in each room, TV, anti-mist mirrors in the two luxury bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe space (and hangers!)! Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen diner with allocated fridge, freezer and cupboard space, plus use of a washing machine. Just turn up, unpack and make yourself at home... Guest access As well as your private (lockable) bedroom, there are the following shared facilities; Bathroom 1 - with full-size bath and rain shower over Bathroom 2 - with shower Both bathrooms are equipped with anti-mist mirrors and shaver points. A hot water storage cylinder ensures there is always hot water on tap! Kitchen Diner - fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, 2 x fridges (1 fridge is shared between two rooms) and freezer (1 dedicated drawer per room). All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc are provided. Each room also has a large dedicated storage drawer plus allocated cabinet space for storage. There is a sociable dining table in the kitchen, with a USB socket right next to the table, perfect to sit and catch up on some work over a cup of coffee or glass of wine. A washing machine is also provided for guest use. During your stay We live off-site but we are always available by phone, text and email should there be any queries or problems. We are only a 10-minute drive away, so readily to hand in case of any issues. We will also meet you on arrival for check-in, to welcome you, show you around and to answer any questions you might have.
