This is also a great spot for a family getaway that is “off the grid” to allow you to enjoy Arkansas’ natural resources. Convenient boat dock is included that is waterside for all things swimming/tubing/boating related. Come check it out! The space This 2 story cabin has been newly renovated and remodeled. Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with a full size bed and 1 full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Kitchen is fully stocked with a dining area that can seat 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. Living area has 1 couch, 1 recliner, and a sitting chair with a 50” flat screen tv equipped with DirecTV satellite service. No WiFi is available at this time. Cell phone service is fair/slow. Downstairs is a bunking area with a newly enclosed indoor mud room with organizational shelving for hunting supplies/clothing. 3 bunk beds come equipped with a full size and twin size mattress. (Great area for the kids or a guys/girls trip.) Laundry room and the 2nd full bath are connected with a stand alone shower unit. Front and back porches for entertaining. Charcoal grill and fire pit area. Newly installed (10/23) private dock/ramp that can hold up to 2 small fishing boats or jet skis or 1 large pontoon. Wild game cleaning station on site. *All waste must be properly disposed of off the property according the AGFC rules/regs.* Access to the new boat ramp per Arkansas Game and Fish is within 2 miles. Conveniently located within 90 minutes of both Little Rock, AR and Memphis, TN. You are also within 30 minutes of Mack’s Prairie Wings in Stuttgart. We just ask that you remain on the property lot when staying on site and only use the boating/water area that is provided.
