Welcome to Mas d'Alep, located in the middle of the garrigues between Villeveyrac and Loupian, come and discover our small peaceful oasis for a relaxing stay with friends and family. A 1-hectare garden to fully enjoy outdoor leisure (petanque court, swing, trampoline, ping-pong table and soccer goal) as well as a summer kitchen with its plancha to perfect your stay. The space Upon arrival, you will discover a magnificent 140 m2 Mas, completely renovated with taste, combining old charm and modern comfort. An ideal place for stays with family or friends, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. 🏡Indoor spaces On the ground floor: . Two bedrooms (140 cm bed) with dressing room . A bedroom with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) . Bathrooms and toilet . A large 70 m2 living room with fireplace, perfect for sharing beautiful relaxing moments . A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kitchen piano, food processor, Nespresso as well as a filter coffee maker, toaster, American fridge. Upstairs: . An elegant master suite with 160 cm bed . Bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom area 🌿Outdoors and environment The Mas d'Alep is nestled in the heart of a hectare of nature, offering a peaceful, preserved and rejuvenating setting. Here, calm reigns supreme, only punctuated by the song of cicadas during the summer, for a total immersion in the art of living in Provence. Located in a protected natural area, for safety reasons, open fires such as grills and barbecues are strictly prohibited. A plancha is however available in the summer kitchen to fully enjoy outdoor dining. 🧺OPTIONAL SERVICES OFFERED 1/End-of-stay cleaning 2/ Linens As the Mas is our residential home, we thank you for respecting the following rules: Pets are allowed, subject to the commitment and respect of their owners. It is strictly forbidden to leave your pet alone on the property. Pets must not climb on beds, sofas or upholstery. Owners are also responsible for collecting and managing their pet's droppings. We remind you that linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental (available as an option). Please return our house to us in the same clean and tidy condition in which we entrusted it to you.
