Welcome to the "Logis de Lyly", a pleasant family farmhouse in brick and flint, typical of the Pays de Caux located between Fécamp and Dieppe. Nestled at the end of a private road in a quiet location, our house with its enclosed garden of 1000 m² is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends. Close to the charming village of Cany-Barville with all its shops (4 km), the leisure center of Lake Caniel, the Petites Dalles and Veulettes-sur-mer (8 km). The space The completely renovated house has been furnished and equipped to make your stay comfortable and you feel at home. We are committed to welcoming our guests, a secure key box is also at your disposal in case of late arrival. The accommodation is composed of a ground floor with - kitchen open to a veranda with dining area and living room - a living room / lounge (accessible by a small step) - a master suite (accessible by a small step) with a bed 160, walk-in shower and dressing room, - Separate WC, and a floor with - a double room with bed 140 - a bedroom with 2 single beds in 90 that can be pushed together - a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy the garden with a sunny terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, ping-pong table, ... We can provide baby equipment on request (bed with mattress, changing table, high chair, stair safety gates, booster seat WC, potty) Guest access The house and the garden are totally dedicated to you. Only the workshop part adjacent to the carport is private and not accessible to guests. You have a parking under shelter for 2 vehicles. Note that the access road to the cottage is a right of way only and vehicles must not park there and hinder the passage of other residents. Other things to note Are included / made available in the rental price: - water, electricity, heating, some logs for the wood stove (1st outbreak) - bed linen (beds made on arrival) - towels (1 bath towel, 1 towel and 2 gloves per person), carpet bath - 2 tea towels and 2 hand towels - welcome kit (2 dishwasher tablets and washing machine, dishwashing product, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 bag per garbage can, tissues paper, kitchen sponge).
