The house is ideal for hosting up to 5 people. It has an excellent location, as it has easy access to the seaside avenue, beaches, bars, restaurants, a pastry shop and a shopping mall. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The house is lined and has a garage for one car. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed, with air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a floor fan. The beds are semi-orthopedic. In the kitchen, a refrigerator, stove and basic items.
