We personally lived in this home for years and we never heard the neighbor, and she has never had any issues with us or with any of our guests. Guests have exclusive use of their entire side of the home, including all living areas, bedrooms, and the backyard. The yard is fully enclosed with a 6-foot vinyl privacy fence and is for guest use only -- not shared by any other neighbor or anyone else. The only space not accessible to guests is one locked supply closet in the laundry room, reserved for our cleaning team. Everything else is yours to enjoy.
