Spacious bedroom (1 queen bed) available in a Single Family House. Huge windows with great natural light and a garden view. Office desk and chair available for remote work. Walk-in closet and dresser available The neighborhood is super safe and quiet, with street parking anywhere for free. Walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. I have two private rooms for rent. They are right next to each other and share the same bathroom. Feel free to look up the other listing if you have a larger party! The space Please take your shoes off before entering the house. Slippers are available for use on the shoe rack on the right once you enter the house. We have a smart lock and the passcode will be provided on the day of arrival. It auto locks after a few seconds. After you enter, turn right to face the hallway. This room is the last door to the right on the hallway. The bathroom is the last door to the end of the other side of the hallway, i.e. right across this room. Guest access Guess has access to all the public areas: kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, laundry room, front yard and back yard. All the kitchenette in the kitchen can be used. Please do not use the musical instrument in the living room. During your stay Please message via the Airbnb app or text. For emergency, please call. Other things to note The laundry room has a washer and a dryer. The washer is prefilled with detergent and softener, which will be dispensed according to the load automatically. If the detergent or softener level is low, the machine will show and you could find both in the laundry room storage for refill. Please wipe down the rubber of the washer with the rag on top of the washer and keep the door open to let it dry after usage. Please clean the dryer filter before usage. Lint and other waste can be dumped into the garbage can right next to the dryer. Please respect other house rules (provided upon arrival) including quite hours and opening/closing the doors as quietly as possible. Bike is available for rent at an extra fee.
