Large typical Auvergne gîte The space Located between the Parc Naturel Régional de Millevaches en Limousin and the Volcans of Auvergne, this cottage will allow you to spend good times with family or friends in the countryside. You can have your breakfast from the terrace with a sublime view of the Auvergne mountains, take refuge in its huge game room (unheated) with ping pong table, billiards and foosball if the weather is not good, put yourself by the fire after a nice walk in the Sancy massif, around one of the many board games of the gite. You can discover nearby the Mont-Dore resort, the Roches Tuilières and Sanadoires and the Col du Guéry for winter sports enthusiasts and hikers, Château de Cordès, Lac Servières and many tourist points of interest. If you prefer to walk around the cottage, you will also find very nice hiking trails. This independent house has: On the ground floor: - a kitchen open to the dining room - living room with fireplace - a shower room - a laundry area - an independent toilet. On the 1st floor: - four bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed - bathroom with toilet On the second floor: - a living room - three bedrooms with two 90 cm beds each - a shower room with WC A 100 m2 games room: ping-pong, foosball, billiards, darts, petanque, shuffleboard. Please note that the owners only allow a maximum of one dog in their cottage and no cats.
