The space Welcome to Pousada Praias & Prosas; it is a pleasure to introduce you to the Pinheira Apartment. This accommodation has two private bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen; simplicity and coziness are the perfect synthesis of the place. Bed linen, bath and face towels, Wi-Fi internet, and free parking in front of the Pousada are included in the daily rate. In the Pousada's outdoor area, for shared use, there is a living area and backyard with a vegetable garden, garden, hammocks, armchairs and a barbecue pit. We are approximately 400 meters from Pinheira Beach; walking 15 minutes along the beach you arrive at the center of Pinheira (known by the natives as Vila), where you will find Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Boat Tours, Hiking, in short, there are several options to make the most of your stay. Guarda do Embaú, recognized as the Ninth World Surf Reserve, is located just 3.5 km from the house; not to mention the proximity to other beautiful beaches and sights in the region, such as Praia do Sonho, Praia da Gamboa, Siriú, Garopaba, Praias da Ferrugem, Silveira, Ouvidor, Rosa, Lagoa de Ibiraquera and Praias de Floripa. Guest access The Pinheira Apartment is located on the upper floor of the Pousada, so access is via stairs. Other things to note The Pinheira Apartment is located on the ground floor of the Cambirela Loft, and we (the hosts) live in a small house in the back, on the same property as the Pousada. We will always be available for any need that may arise or even for a good conversation when the occasion allows; we love to welcome people and we love the place where we live, we become happier when we share our experience. We are from the Northeast, and after exploring the North of the country in the 1980s, we began to migrate to the South in the 2000s, starting a new chapter.
