IT DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, IDEAL FOR NATURE LOVERS AND EXTREME CLIMATES The space IDEAL FOR NATURE LOVERS, WHO ENJOY WARM, SUNNY CLIMATES!!! Guest access ENTIRE ACCOMMODATION WITH PARKING, GRAVEL ROAD!!! VISITORS, PARTIES, AND GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE SPORTS AND PRIVATE, QUIET STAYS!!! Other things to note It's an eco-friendly house, so it runs on a solar system, and therefore, on very cloudy and rainy days, the electricity can drop. Therefore, we have a 7300-watt gasoline and/or propane gas generator to cover any power outages that may occur. The generator is delivered with a full tank for 16 hours of use. If more gasoline or propane gas is needed, it will be at the guest's expense. Similarly, water is supplied by a tank, which is regularly filled by a tanker truck. Access to the beach is private, so we provide a ladder to go down to the beach. All our guests are personally welcomed and guided to the house by the hosts. We personally help them get settled, explain how each part of the house works, and answer all their questions. FROM MAY TO OCTOBER, HOT WEATHER!!!
