Double room with breakfast and kitchen

Your cozy double room with shower/toilet is located on the first floor of our house. In the morning, a rich breakfast awaits you on the 1st floor. The room is perfect for 2 people who also like to cater for themselves in the well-equipped kitchen. The space In addition to the double bed and a small dining table, the room amenities also include a cozy sofa and a TV. The integrated kitchen is well equipped. Coffee and tea are also freely available for you to prepare yourself. In the bathroom you will find a sink, shower and toilet and plenty of storage space. Bed linens, hand towels and bath towels are included. In winter, a ski cellar with boot dryer is available to our guests. The surrounding ski resorts Schmittenhöhe (7 minutes), Saalbach Hinterglemm (15 minutes) and Kitzsteinhorn (15 minutes) are within easy reach and are also easily accessible by free public transport. In summer, our guests like to use the cozy barbecue area with charcoal barbecue. The included Zell am See summer card (May May to 31 October) offers you countless free opportunities to explore Zell am See and the beautiful surroundings. A boat tour on Lake Zell, gondola ride to Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn, admission to all outdoor pools of the lake and the Krimml Waterfalls are among the highlights. Buses and trains can also be used free of charge in the region. Guest access A rich breakfast, included in the price, is available in the communal breakfast room on the 2nd floor between 7:30 am and 10:00 am. In our house there are 3 more room units that are rented to guests. Other things to note If you are traveling by train, we will gladly pick you up and bring you on the day of arrival and departure. Arrival before 2 pm can be arranged by appointment. The tourist tax of €2 per person per night is included.
