The space The property is an all brick house located on a quiet one way neighborhood, and about 6 minutes drive to the Staten Island ferry, and about 8 minutes drive to the Verrazano bridge. The people here are very welcoming. Guest access Just lives in the apartment too. During your stay I live in the apartment and I’ll be available anytime the guest needs any help or assistance with anything, and the guest could contact me via call or txt.
