The spacious master bedroom off of the living room hosts a king‑ sized bed and lots of fresh updates. The second bedroom is a cozy addition to the house done in the 70s, off of the kitchen and has a queen bed. The bedroom also houses the tucked‑ away washer and dryer with detergent for your use. Bathroom: We recently remodeled this bathroom and opened it up. We put a skylight above the shower to give it an outdoor feel and it’s a great way to start the day with some natural light. We keep the bathroom stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover, and a hair dryer. We even provide towels and TP... so... not too shabby. Kitchen: A well appointed galley kitchen with everything you might need to cook and eat. The appliances include a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker (pods and drip), full sized fridge and freezer, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Yard: The main parking spot is just feet away from the front door with no steps (besides the door threshold), and the second parking spot is just a little further. There is additional parking at the top of the driveway for if you have visitors. There is a porch off of the living room with lovely views of the creek and a peaceful rushing water sound. Follow the porch around the house to a gravel area for sunbathing, hot tubbing, playing some cornhole, and a charcoal grill for some awesome backyard fun. Guest access Entire house and back yard. Also drive way/ parking. And the creek, if you're light on your feet. Other things to note Bad walkability into town: While our cottage offers a serene setting, surrounded by nature, most will find it best to drive a short 2 minute drive into town (as opposed to walking), as our road is a 2 lane country road with narrow shoulders. Also the hot tub is powered by 110v which means it can take awhile 4-8 hours to get up to temperature. We would keep it hot if we could but it automatically shuts off. We plan on getting a more permanent and powerful one soon :-)
