Lane’s End Southampton

New custom built holiday house located in beautiful Southampton, Ontario. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and famous Lake Huron sunsets. Southampton is known for its sandy beaches, eclectic downtown, tennis club, golf courses, historical museum, waterfront bike trails and wonderful dining options. It’s also the perfect basecamp for exploring the Bruce Peninsula where you can find picturesque hiking opportunities along the famous Bruce Tail. The space Lane's End Southampton features a relaxing master retreat complete with king sized bed, walk in closet, and ensuite. The resort inspired ensuite includes a freestanding soaker tub, heated floors, and a walk in shower. The kids bunk room is the perfect place for a sleepover! This room features two custom built bunk beds for four children with individual reading lights and built in drawers. There is also a full sized bathroom convieniently located between the bunk room and the guest room. Our spacious guest room offers a comfortable queen sized bed and oversized closet with storage. The office/gym is the perfect spot to get a little work done while on holiday! You can also squeeze in your daily yoga class or workout with Peloton TV app. For additional sleeping options there is a lovely queen sized Murphy bed built into the wall. Lane's End Southampton also features a media room with card table, bar with sink and built in fridge. The 65 inch smart TV! The main floor features an open concept living space with oversized breakfast bar, dining table and relaxing sitting area with gas fireplace. The outdoor space includes a Scandinavian style fire pit and warm water outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach! The picnic table is a great spot for outdoor dining and the covered porch is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day! The lovely kitchen is a chefs dream including a KitchenAid gas range, dishwasher and fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Our kitchen includes everything you would need to prepare a family meal. If you don’t feel like cooking on holiday there are many wonderful restaurants a short walk away! Guest access Lane's End Southampton is located on a tiny lane with three newly built custom homes and one additional home across the way. This property is designed for families and we require that those who stay with us are respectful of noise and care for our property as they would their own.
