Welcome to La Courmonière, this charming, cozy and warm house with its large wooded garden is ideally located on the Champagne route. 1 hr 20 min from Paris and in the heart of the tourist triangle connecting Reims (30 min) Épernay and Château-Thierry (20 min). Quiet, surrounded by greenery, the house will seduce you to meet with family or friends by the fireplace in winter or around a barbecue in summer. Renovated in 2022, our 130 m2 house sleeps 8. The space On the ground floor, directly upon arrival, you will find the large kitchen-dining room with fireplace (induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine/filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) then a living/dining room that we wanted to be warm. Separate toilet on the ground floor. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed is located on the ground floor with a shower and sink. A mezzanine overlooks the living room with a 160 x 200 sofa bed that can be used as an extra bedroom (not recommended for children under 12, access by a miller ladder) . Upstairs on the 2nd floor, a bedroom (160 cm bed) with a shower room and toilet - On the top floor, a large attic bedroom with 4 90 cm beds with sink and toilet. Baby chair, folding crib and changing mat available on site. Children's games available to you. Outside: a terrace adjoining the kitchen and a 1200 m2 enclosed garden invites you to well-being and reunion. Barbecue and electric plancha in summer, petanque court, ping pong table, swing, games for children. 6 deckchairs available to rest in the garden. Numerous visits to make within 20 minutes (Dormans, Orbais-L'Abbaye. Châtillon-sur-Marne, Boursaut) 1st champagne cellars 10 minutes by car. Provided for the duration of your stay: - bathroom linen (bath towels) shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer, kitchen towels, salt/pepper and olive oil. Bed linen is not provided but is available for rent: Bed linen: €15 per double bed - €8 per single bed Free parking in front of the house. This house is our second home, we took pleasure in furnishing it in a country house spirit with all the comforts necessary to spend good times with friends or family. Parties are forbidden.
