Pet Fee: There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. 2. Pet Weight Limit: Pets must not exceed 40 lbs. 3. Approved Breeds: Only the following breeds are allowed: - See list below. 4. Potty Breaks and Clean-Up: - Guests with pets are required to take their pets outside for potty breaks. -Pet waste must be cleaned up promptly. - Failure to clean up after pets will result in an additional fee. 5. Leash Requirement: - Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors. 6. No Unattended Pets: o-Pets must not be left unattended inside the rental property. o-Leaving pets unattended will result in an immediate non-refundable cancellation Due to insurance reasons the following animals are not permitted on-site: Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Chows, Bull Mastiffs, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf Hybrids, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Akitas, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Presa Canario, Caucasian Ovcharka, Farm Animals, non-domesticated or exotic animals. Any animals with a mix of the above and not animals with a history of bites or attacks.
