Bedrooms: Each of our bedrooms is designed to accommodate families comfortably. On the first floor bedroom there is a queen size bed that is separated by a door to the studio with a twin size daybed. The second floor bedroom has a full size bed with its own bathroom and courtyard. All rooms come with air conditioning and cozy linens for a restful night's sleep. Kitchen: The kitchen is ready for family meals, with cookware, and utensils. There's also a dining table where everyone can gather for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bathrooms: Our home features clean and well-maintained bathrooms with all the essentials. Private Courtyard: Step outside to our family-friendly private courtyard, a perfect spot for kids to play and parents to relax. The courtyard features comfortable seating and lush greenery. Private Pool: Enjoy our inviting private pool, ideal for family fun and relaxation to cool off from the Merida heat. Additional Amenities: The home is equipped with solar panels, air conditioning in all rooms, Starlink and a backup high-speed local wifi network. We also provide essential items like an iron and hairdryer. Location: Located in the safe and quiet Santa Ana neighborhood, our home is just steps away from the gastronomy corridor, where you'll find a variety of family-friendly dining options. You'll also be within walking distance of vibrant plazas, local markets, and cultural landmarks in the historic center of Merida. Housekeeping: For guests staying longer, we offer optional housekeeping services to ensure your stay remains comfortable and worry-free for $500 pesos per visit. Guest access The entire home and pool are private to you. Other things to note Your stay at Casa Virgen supports Alejandra, our dedicated maid and a single mother who relies on cleaning as her main income. As part of our commitment to sustainability and keeping our home eco-friendly, we kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving energy. Please turn off the air conditioning, fans, and lights when they are not in use or when you leave the house.
