Guest access Attention: Each visitor and guest (whether short term or long term) is required to forfeit 1 government issued ID to lobby security upon check in until check out for the duration of their stay. Please prepare accordingly as photocopies and digital copies do not count as valid ID and entry may be denied by the lobby security. Level 6 is the Amenities area. The amenities area includes: - 4 adult pools - 3 kids pools - 2 heated pools - small playground - walking area - outdoor chairs and tables - outdoor shower - public bathrooms - change rooms - indoor common rooms with lounges, tables and chairs - function rooms (for hire in advance) - gym and fitness room The gym is only accessible by residents of the property. Unfortunately this is a Condo Admin rule and not a rule set by the host. However, I can register a guest for the gym if they are staying long term (6+ weeks). The pool is accessible using coupons provided to you. All guests must check in with pool security and exchange coupon for a wristband to be allowed to swim. No coupon or wristband is needed to sunbathe or sit near the pool or use outdoor amenities area. Additional coupons can be purchased by the Admin office located on level 2 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 9am-12pm. Coupons tendered in exchange for wristband are valid for one person to swim until end of day. Other things to note Pool FAQ: - No food or drink beside water allowed at the pool - Heated pools are closed on Tuesdays for maintenance - Security guards may refuse (and reserve the right due to admin rules) to refuse additional guests from swimming if greater then two guests per unit. Please consider this when inviting friends or family and purchasing additional coupons. We suggest to check in as seperate groups or liaise with the guard on duty. Parking is not included in this booking. Jazz Mall (underneath Jazz Residences) has commercial parking available on the GF and 2F of the building. Both floors have direct access to the condo. The rate is P60 for the first two hours then P20 per hour after. Additional overnight fee is imposed after 1:30am at P300. We do not allow stove top cooking in this unit and encourage all guests to utilise the facilities in Jazz Mall to prevent grease build up, fire hazards and extra cleaning fees.
