ROÇA CULT is a sustainable agricultural site whose main mission is environmental preservation. From the top of the plateau, the horizon can be observed from several points. A bucolic environment, perfect for relaxing and recharging. CASA BARU is the only accommodation on the site, that is: the pool, the trails and all 12ha of the area are exclusively for your use. We are not a guest house, there will be no other guests. Total exclusivity. The owners have lived there for 25 years. The space CASA BARU - Clarification: we are not an inn. We don't have a 24-hour reception. In addition to the main house (where the owners live), there is this single unit for overnight stays of up to 4 people. Breakfast included. For other meals you can opt for full board (*) or cook your own food. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen. It is delivered clean and disinfected. We do not do maintenance during the stay. The door and all windows have mosquito netting. In the room: 1 double bed (standard) and 1 bunk bed (upper mattress up to 70 kg), bathroom, balcony, TV (only open channels) and fully equipped mini-kitchen (including a small wood stove). The space is fully integrated (loft). (*) Full board: additional lunch and dinner - R$160.00 per person, per night. Guest access CASA BARU is located exactly in the center of the site, just 40 meters from the main house and 30 meters from the pool area. It is intended for those interested primarily in nature and tranquility. The exclusive use of the pool areas is also included in the rental price. That is, as there is only this accommodation, the swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests, who will also have free access to all areas of the site. You can walk the trails, visit the facilities and experience rural life. There is a lot of preserved cerrado, hammocks, flat and gravel trails for walking, birdsong and a lot of peace and quiet. The goal is to relax in the middle of the cerrado. Bringing your bike and getting to know the region can also be interesting. Several cyclists frequent the beautiful roads of the place. The São Bartolomeu River is 6 km away, and there is also a small waterfall at another nearby site. But the roads require good physical preparation.
