Fully restored Gâtinaise farmhouse, combining charm and comfort, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located on the edge of the Orléans national forest and 8 km from the Orléans Canal. Direct access by bike through the forest to the Véloroute, 80 km of greenway on the Orléans Canal. But also numerous walks in the forest, visit the Belvédère des Caillettes in Nibelle (unique panorama on the Orléans forest) and the Grandes Bruyères arboretum in Ingrannes and swim in the Combreux pond... The space On the ground floor, a large spacious entrance gives access to the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, the bathroom/wc, the master suite (bedroom, bathroom, private wc, dressing room/laundry room) and the staircase which leads to the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, house and garden. Other things to note Linens are not included in the price of the stay. Linens are provided for €100 per stay. Please request them in advance. If you wish to bring your own linens, here are the bed dimensions: - 3 fitted sheets - double bed (160 x 200 cm) - 3 duvet covers - double bed (220 x 240 cm) - 4 fitted sheets - single bed (90 x 200 cm) - 4 duvet covers - single bed (140 x 200 cm) - 10 pillowcases (60 x 60 cm) - Don't forget to also bring your own towels, bath mats, and tea towels.
